Hannah Gadsby, the Emmy and Peabody Award-winning comedian for their previous comedy specials, is back for a third serving with Something Special.

"In this smart and feel-good set, the comedian talks about a wedding (theirs!), more than one traumatic encounter with a bunny and much more," the official Netflix description reads.

"Feel-good" is a departure from the tone of Gadsby's previous specials, where the out, Australian comedian openly spoke about their mental health issues. "I've dragged you through a bit of my shit over the years," she says in Netflix's trailer. "But it's time for some payoff."

But they didn't clarify who exactly would feel good post-show...

"Just for the next hour, we can feel together then we can head back out there and be the mass extinction event that we are."

The special was filmed at the Sydney Opera House in the fall of 2022. Her first Netflix special Nanette won a Peabody award and a Primetime Emmy award. And the follow-up, Douglas, was nominated for two Primetime Emmy awards and won an AACTA Award.

Something Special premieres May 9, 2023 on Netflix. Watch the trailer below:
