Wait, Does 'Krypton' Have a Gay Character?

Please let this be true!!

If you haven’t checked out the prequel to the Superman mythos, SyFy's latest series Krypton is an hour-long drama based on what life was like on the titular planet 200 years before Superman was a twinkle in his parent’s eyes. But don’t assume it’s all shoved back in the past without any characters we know or love! The show features time and universe travel quite a bit, particularly in the form of Adam Strange.

For those unfamiliar with Strange, he is one of DC Comic' classic characters and has been around for awhile. An archeologist, he is zapped to the planet Rann to become a space hero in his own comic series, but on Krypton, he has come to the planet to make sure that, among other things, Superman is born.

Apparently, that isn’t the only things that’s changed with our boy Adam!

In a recent episode titled "House of Zod," Strange (played by Shaun Sipos) gets dragged into a co-ed locker room and has a…moment with one of the male soldiers. The solider makes eye contact with Strange, before grinning and heading out, booty bared. A booty Strange doesn’t miss a beat of, if you know what I mean.

So will Strange end up going to a place he’s never gone before (that isn't just a doomed planet hurtling towards its own destruction)?!? You’ll have to watch to find out!

Krypton airs Wednesday nights on SyFy. Watch the trailer for the series in the video below!

Terra Necessary

Terra Necessary is an artist, teacher, giant nerd, and probably an alien. She lives with her wife and too many kittens right outside of Denver when she isn’t traveling around the US peddling art with the Atomic Pixies, her comic collective.
