In true 20gayteen fashion, pop singer Robyn has announced that she will release her first album in over eight years!!

Robyn's first single from the upcoming record is called "Missing U" and officially which comes out on August 1. In anticipation of the release, the singer has put out a 7-minute video (where you can hear the song playing) that features her listening to messages from fans and going to clubs. (It also shows a spin class in Brooklyn celebrating "Robyn Day.")
"I haven't made an album in eight years, so I haven't seen my fans for a long time," explains Robyn in the video. "I felt like I had to do some exploration and figure out what I wanted to write about again."
