'Grey's Anatomy's' Nail Biter of a Finale Teaser- Arizona's in Shock - Watch

As anyone who’s a Grey’s Anatomy fan knows by now the season finale revolves around a plane crash that was carrying six of Seattle Grace’s finest, and one of them is going to die in the episode. Among the crash victims are our beloved adorable lesbian doc Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), Christina (Sandra Oh), Lexie (Chyler Leigh), Mark (Eric Dane) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey).

Since Shonda Rhimes began teasing that she was offing a beloved character this season rumors have abounded on the web that it could be one half of one of the best lady couples on television, with the internet originally surmising Callie could be the one to go. But, from the teaser we know that Callie’s safely back at home in Seattle with baby Sofia while Arizona's on the plane.

For several weeks it looked like April (Sarah Drew) might be heading for some sort of demise since she’s already off the rails losing her virginity and failing the boards. Still others seem to think Lexie, who has not had much of a story this year, could on the chopping block.

Watch for yourselves and judge. But be forewarned, the clip is not for the faint of heart. If you do watch let us know what you think Shonda is up to!
