With most of the country on lockdown, it seems like everyone is trying weird home workouts they picked up from some Instagram influencer. But Laura Cleary's instructional video actually makes us want to get up and try one out for ourselves.
The comedian spoofs those workout videos that have bombarded the internet with her own "Pamela Pupkin’s Quarantine" routine where she demonstrates how to wash your hands for a full awkward 20 seconds and how to "work those thighs, sanitize."
"Hey COVID-19, you don’t scare us," she declares. "I got 19 ways to destroy your ass."
It's actually quite the bop if we're being honest. And it's already inspired more hilarious (and steamy?!) parodies.
So glad we have the internet to help us through these trying times.
Now wash your hands!
