The Trailer for True Life's Upcoming Orlando Episode Is Intense
MTV is set to air a special episode of True Life, documenting the lives of four young survivors of June's Pulse nightclub shooting.
It's already been two months since the tragic Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando took the lives of 49 young, queer people, but the effects are still very much being felt today, especially by those who survived the entire ordeal. And that's what MTV is seeking to document in their latest TV special True Life: We Are Orlando.
The trailer for the MTV project was just recently released, and in it, we learn more about the stories of 4 young survivors who happened to be at Pulse on the fateful night of the shooting.
It's intense — to say the least — and although we're sure this latest episode of True Life is going to bring back hard emotions for viewers, especially queer viewers, the stories of these 4 Pulse survivors are important stories to tell, especially considering the fact that LGBT people still living in the aftermath of fear and hate.
