Ellen DeGeneres loves rewarding hard work and dedication and no one embodies those qualities more than teachers! This Cherokee Elementary teacher and principal duo are not only dedicated to teaching the next generation, they are also dedicated to dance. These ladies convinced their faculty to do the penguin shake, complete with "We <3 Ellen" shirts, of course, which certainly caught Ellen's attention. The teacher even claims to dance on the table when the students do a particularly stellar job! Watch as Ellen rewards these two fabulous educators with a $100,000 surprise!
