This Cherokee Elementary teacher and principal duo are not only dedicated to teaching the next generation, they are also dedicated to dance. These ladies convinced their faculty to do the penguin shake, complete with "We <3 Ellen" shirts, of course, which certainly caught Ellen's attention.
