Glee will wrap up its run in just a few episodes, but Jane Lynch has already nabbed a follow-up gig. The Emmy winner for p playing the caustic, but somehow lovable Sue Sylvester on Glee, has scored a lead in the sitcom pilot Angel From Hell, according to Deadline.
Lynch will play Amy, a “brassy, flamboyant” type who claims to be a guardian angel to a woman named Allison. The pair eventually become friends, although Allison’s never sure if Amy truly is an angel, reports Deadline. The role of Amy has not been cast yet, but we could likely come up with a few casting ideas…
