Bill O'Reilly, famous Fox News conservative host, sent an active outpost of soldiers in Afghanistan two boxes full of his new book, Pinheads and Patriots: Where You Stand in The Age Of Obama.
The active troops were understandably less than thrilled to receive "this awful book instead of anything soldiers at a remote outpost in Afghanistan might need... like food or soap."
The boxes of O’Reilly’s new book were promptly burned, Stephen Colbert reported on his Comedy Central satirical political show, and that photo has since gone viral.
That inspired ‘a clapping rage’ in Colbert and his audience, but the anonymous soldier(s) clarified, while he/she did “take pleasure in removing a few copies of this bigoted twerp’s writings from circulation,” it’s merely army practice to burn all waste on the base.
