SheWired's Shot of the Day: Christina Hendricks for London Fog

Our shot for today is the luminous Christina Hendricks as the new face of London Fog! It really makes a girl wonder what’s under the trench coat. Legendary raincoat manufacturer London Fog picked the consummate spokesperson in Christina, whose Mad Men alter ego Joan Holloway gets right at the intersection of all things classic, sensual and a little naughty – just like a good trench coat should.

There is typically a moment in every workday when we come across something sexy, gratuitous and completely pointless that we wish we could post but don't under the auspices of there being no redeeming value. Well, we at SheWired have made an executive decision to just throw all of our pseudo-feminist caution to the wind and begin posting our fave shot of the day, whether it be sexy, salacious, or just because! Our shot for today is the luminous Christina Hendricks as the new face of London Fog! It really makes a girl wonder what’s under the trench coat.

While Christina looks wildly fetching ostensibly nude underneath a classic cut coat spotted with a slightly sassy but muted leopard print, it’s the just woke up and threw on the men’s shirt and tie under a pea-coat look that really makes the jaw drop. Let’s indulge a fantasy and pretend that particular photo is of Joan leaving her butch girlfriend’s Greenwich Village flat sporting her gal-pal's garb.
