SheWireds Shot of The Day: Amanda Seyfried Cuddles Up To Spring

There is a moment in just about every workday when we come across something sexy, gratuitous and completely pointless that we wish we could post but don't under the auspices of there being nothing lesbian about it and often there being no redeeming value. Well, we at SheWired have made an executive decision to just throw any of our pseudo-feminist caution to the wind and to just post our fave shot of the day, whether it be sexy, salacious, or just because... Today’s shots show Spring has official sprung thanks to these sweet shots of  'Little Red Riding Hood' star Amanda Seyfried with some snuggly animals.

The young star talks about the pressure of stardom, admitting she has been told to get Botox: “I was like, Damn you! But we’re in Hollywood. I’m on a huge screen. With these new digital cameras, you can see the peach fuzz on my face.”

The oustpoken actress laments,  “I like the freedom of being exactly who I am. And that’s gotten me into trouble.”

And thought she takes her work seriously, Seyfried isn’t resigned to only taking serious roles:“I don’t think I’m being very ‘artistic’ when I do them, but I’m not doing it for that reason. Romantic comedies make me happy. I watch Love Actually every Christmas.”

Draped in designer clothes, the April cover girl tells Elle there is one star she looks up to: her Mama Mia Mom, Meryl Streep. “Meryl, she makes herself very accessible right away, almost too accessible. That’s what I do. And it totally works. My thing about meeting people—men, women, people in general—is to desensitize them, kind of shock them a little bit, to make myself accessible.”

The starlet says she agonizes of interviews for fear she’ll let the wrong thing slip out of her beautiful mouth. “It would just show that I’m weak, not equipped to handle my job,” she shared. “That’s my biggest fear.”
