This woman's kind gesture for her bisexual grandaughter is pulling at the internet's heartstrings.
Lexie, who lives in Virginia, was on her way to Washington, D.C. Pride this past weekend when her grandma stopped her and offered to perform a simple chore.
"I got up this morning to get ready for #DCPride," Lexie tweeted. "My grandma walked into my room, looked at my bi flag, and said, 'Oh, this needs to be pressed out!'"

"Such a simple gesture, but it holds so much love and meaning for me."
This small moment meant to the world to Lexie, who only recently came out as bisexual to her grandmother. "It took me years to come out to her out of fear that she would see me differently, but nothing changed. She said, 'Okay, that’s fine.' She taught me to love and accept all people, and she has always been supportive of me."

“@lexie_galaxie I came out in a comment post as bi, I didn't know it would show up on my Facebook, but my Nana texted immediately saying she loved me for who I was no matter my orientation. She's the only family of mine to accept it and not dismiss it. Gma's are wonderful ❤️”— Lexie (@Lexie) 1528550826
