Newly engaged Gossip front woman Beth Ditto says she listened to ABBA for a year while making the band’s new album A Joyful Noise (not to be confused with the Dolly Parton / Queen Latifah movie that bombed). Now there’s a video out for Gossip’s infectious tune “Move in the Right Direction.”

Regarding ABBA’s wildly catchy, upbeat tunes Ditto told The Guardian, , "There is zero rawness. That's so incredible to me. I think I'm really infatuated with that right now because that's not the music I usually listen to. It never caught my attention before."

Earlier this May Ditto announced that she and her girlfriend Kristen Ogata would be getting married next month.
