This is exactly why the internet exists.

A series of hilarious videos set on a farm and featuring the unruly animals that live there have become the unexpected delight of the internet over the past weeks.

The whole thing started in one of Taylor Blake’s many videos educating her TikTok followers about the happenings at Knuckle Bump Farms in Florida. Fortunately for all of us, a curious emu by the name of Emmanuel decided it was time to start taking that attention for himself.

“Not a day goes by that Emanuel doesn’t try my life,” she wrote on a video from earlier this month that quickly racked up millions of views, thanks to the aforementioned emu interrupting Blake’s lesson about cows by heading straight for the camera.

The same aggressive need for attention was repeated in several subsequent videos, alerting viewers to this little guy’s ongoing mischievous behavior, and endearing him to us all.

Another series of clips showed Blake trying her best to record only to have a parade of other animals come through and halt the process. Ellen the emu pulled an Emmanuel from the jump, Princess the dear was desperate to get her bite on, and just when it seems like the animals have cleared out, well, you can watch for yourself.

The videos have exploded into popularity to the point of inspiring fan art, celebrity recreations, and fervent calls for merch.

Blake, a lesbian who appeared on season two of the YouTube web series The Reality House, has been shocked by the sudden attention, but seems to be taking it all in stride, sharing even more photos and videos of her animal pals.

And if, like everyone else on the internet, you’re itching for some “Emmanuel don’t do it” merch after watching a video or two, keep tabs on Blake’s social media — she promises it’s on the way!
