Salma Hayek and Penelope Cruz
The two have professed their love for each other over and over again... and in the film Bandidas, they rolled around in a muddy creek together and even practiced kissing on each other. That movie was pretty low budget and went direct to video, so we're not sure if the director kept rolling after he yelled cut. But a few shots of tequila among friends and we're sure these two spicy Latinas could steam up the screen.
