Young M.A is doing well… thank goodness!

The “OOOUUU” rapper recently went absent on social media and prompted concerns from fans who knew that she was facing health issues and was on a journey with sobriety. However, M.A popped up on Instagram to reassure her fans that she’s doing okay.

“Yo, what up? I know I’ve been low-key,” the rapper said in an Instagram story. “Long story short, it’s a small setback for just a comeback. Unfortunately, I made a lot of wrong decisions in my life and things start to catch up with you, or whatever the case.”

She added, “I just want y’all to know, besides all that, I’m doing much better. I’ve been getting well. I’ve been very much sober. I don’t want to go specifically into details because I really want to bring y’all along on my journey. So, besides dropping new music, I also have a documentary with my story.”

Though M.A tried to justify her absence, she also acknowledged that she hasn’t always been the most active person on social media. “Y’all know I’m mysterious,” she noted. “I keep my personal problems to myself. But, now it’s time to express that to y’all.”

Overall, fans are very thankful to hear that M.A is doing well, recovering from her health scare, and staying sober – and also can’t wait to watch this new documentary. Furthermore, it sounds like M.A. has been working on new music as well, which will surely infuse her new life experiences at this point in time.

We’re always rooting for Young M.A!
