While it’s not exactly clear what’s happening here, we do know that the 20-second-clip was posted to the Facebook page "Notícias No Face." The video’s caption translates to, "See how the sixth Carnatal was!"
Carnatal is the largest off-season Carnival in Brazil. It happens yearly in December, and if you’re interested in getting in on next year’s group kiss, you should plan your trip to Brazil next year for December 6-9, when it’s set to take place.
