Breaking Point premiered at the second annual Los Angeles Web Festival, winning an award for Outstanding Writing in a Drama Series and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series (Kyle Steven Templin).

The ensemble cast includes: Crystal Coney (former Miss North Carolina, One Tree Hill), Olivia Dunkley, Keena Ferguson, Jessica Tomé (All My Children), Michael Teh, Cardell Jackson, and Kyle Steven Templin (The Young and the Restless, Criminal Minds).

Crystal (played by Crystal Coney), a bisexual restaurant owner, is one of the sane characters (for now!), and has just had her heart broken by her first girlfriend. Tory (played by Jillian Peterson, Love Bites), who first appears in episode two, is a lesbian artist, and the one who broke Crystal's heart.
