RuPaul's DragCon LA brought together alumni from multiple franchises of RuPaul's Drag Race to celebrate the highest opulence of drag. And of course, there was plenty of death-dropping and tongue-popping.

One of the biggest announcements that came from the annual convention was Drag Race México. Drag Race alums Valentina and Lolita Banana are teaming up to host the highly-anticipated new series.

"It's very important. This is the first Latin-American franchise. Everybody was waiting for it. Mexican drag is absolutely amazing," Banana tells PRIDE.

"It's a big challenge. I've definitely had to improve my Spanish. My looks are going to be so sickening. It's an honor for me to be Mexican and American and for the world to fall in love with the art and the beauty that Mexico has to offer," Valentina says.

Queens from the most recent season of RuPaul's Drag Race also walked the pink carpet, including Luxx Noir London. Although she was nominated for Best Twitter at the WOWIE Awards, she ended up falling short to Twitter rival Miss Fiercalicious.

"People actually really like me! Especially after the fan reception from this season, it's refreshing to be in a space where everybody likes you for once. That's been really fun," London says. "I would love to have a Twitter beef with RuPaul! I know she doesn't use it, but I feel like it could be really camp. Fiercalicious... you're done."

All Stars 6 alum Jan is rooting for her drag mother Alexis Michelle to take home the crown on All Stars 8, as the new season just dropped on Paramount+.

"We are [manifesting] that Alexis brings home some wins [and] that she brings home the crown. We can have a crowned diva in the family! I think mama's going to do it. I'm so happy that she's finally an All Star. She's been deserving of it and I'm so happy she gets to showcase everything she has to offer," Jan says.

Although it's time for her mother to shine, Jan teased that she's ready to enter the werkroom one more time.

"I think I'm ready to go back. I jumped back into All Stars 6 really quick. I was ready to showcase everything that I didn't get to the first time around. Now, I think I've grown even more. I'm ready to go back. I'm ready to put my hat in the ring one more time."

Speaking of queens ready for All Stars, fan-favorite queen Denali from season 13 is ready to compete for the crown again.

"I'm feeling definitely ready to get back on TV. I feel like I've completely grown and changed. I was only a queen of two years when I was on my season, so now I've got five under me. I've really figured a lot out and I'm really ready to go in and make some good TV," Denali says.

Although many fans loved chatting about Drag Race and All Stars, many of the queens promoted their current projects.

Between new music and an original musical in the works, Laganja Estranja is still making time to perform her iconic "Physical" number from All Stars 6 at bars across the country.

"Honestly, I stopped counting after the 150th [performance]. I think I'm around 168 at this point. I've come more into my being especially as a trans woman. I'm living proof that if you are your authentic self and you always lead with kindness and love, then anything is possible," Estranja says.
