The sun was shining and happy LGBT folks flooded into the streets for Gay Pride San Diego, July 15 -17. The fun started on Friday as men and women came into town or just came out of their houses to hit all the restaurants and bars in Hillcrest. Then on a beautiful and bright Saturday morning, gays and lesbians headed to University Avenue for the parade, which included active servicemen marching to the cheers of everyone in attendance. From there attendees flocked back into local businesses, to outdoor parties like at Rich's nightclub, or down to the festival in Balboa Park.
