So this historical event called President Obama’s second Inauguration happened yesterday, and while there were many benchmark moments, like when the President invoked Stonewall and called for equal rights for LGBT people, there are already dozens of memes that made the rounds practically before Obama finished his swearing in. Bill Clinton’s eyeing Kelly Clarkson at the event, First Lady Michelle Obama’s supposed eye roll at John Boehner and Sasha Obama’s yawning during her dad’s speech were just a few of the tidbits that entered into the annals of pop culture minutia yesterday.

One of our favorite pop culture moments of the day was this meeting of the titans backstage at the Inauguration when Beyoncé, who performed the National Anthem, and Kelly (who blew the doors off of ‘My Country Tis of Thee,” greeted each other backstage. Kelly Tweeted the impromptu moment along with this message:
