Antigay Arkansas School Official Clint McCance Officially Resigns

Clint McCance has officially resigned his position as vice president of the Midland school district board in Pleasant Plains, Ark.

The board unanimously accepted McCance's resignation at a specially called meeting Monday, superintendent Dean Stanleytold CNN.

McCance previously posted on Facebook that he wanted gays to kill themselves; he also referred to gays as "fags" and "queers"and stated that he "enjoys the fact that they often give each other AIDS and die."
