Taiwan Is Making History and Twitter Is Celebrating

There's been a ton of bad, sad news circulating around the world this week, but here's on bit of happiness for us to celebrate: Taiwan is set to became the first country in Asia to legalize same-sex marriage!

According to CNN, Taiwan's top courts ruled that a current law outlining that marriage is between a man and a woman violated the island nation's constitution, and that Taiwanese parliament has two years to create new, possibly more inclusive laws to amend it.

As expected, people on Twitter were very eager to celebrate the good news!
