SheWired’s Editor in Chief, Tracy Gilchrist, carries a blazing-hot torch for exotic actress extraordinaire Penelope Cruz. So when we discovered this lost photo of Cruz modeling in a 1994 issue of Sassy magazine, we knew it had to be shared.
A fresh-faced Cruz appears to have always been every bit the temptress she would become known as, even with a cropped pixie hair do and platform sneakers.
Look, the nineties were not so kind to fashion and she STILL looks hot. Only Pene could pull off such a feat.
