'Avatar's' Zoe Saldana Opens Up About her 'Lesbianism'

Is Zoe Saldana a lesbian or a tomboy? According to the new issue of Siempre Mujer, the 31-year-old "Avatar" actress reveals she is not really surprised when someone thinks she might be a lesbian...on the butch side, that is. "People have sometimes told my grandmother, 'Your granddaughter has a bit of lesbianism in her,'" Saldana told the magazine. "It's that my sisters and I spent all our time among men. We were very popular with them. Our way of thinking is very masculine."

If Zoe Saldana were a lesbian, she wouldn't be wearing lipstick.

According to the new issue of Siempre Mujer, the 31-year-old Avatar actress reveals she is not really surprised when someone thinks she might be a lesbian.

I see. All tomboys are considered lesbian, I guess.

Despite the actress's Hollywood glamour appeal and red carpet fashion sense, the Star Trek star also says that she doesn't like getting too girlie, "If you want to punish me, send me to get a manicure or dress me in a skirt or shorts, and I would die," Saldana said.

"But if you dress me in jeans and a button-down blouse, I feel very sexy, feminine and powerful."

Ok. Zoe is still hot.
