The newest Real Housewife on Bravo’s New York edition is making unflattering headlines.
Kelly Killoren Bensimon, the former Model and wife of famed photographer, Gilles Bensimon, was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly striking her man candy boyfriend, Nicholas Stefanov, and causing, “a laceration below his left eye."
Killoren Bensimon plead ‘not guilty’ and the case is set to proceed in court on March 31st.
According to her lawyers, "the allegations are by a jilted lover saying she struck him during the course of an argument… his allegations of past abuse are false. We deny the charges, and we are hopeful this will be resolved."
Stefanov maintains, "If I had done it to her, I would have been put in jail immediately." According to the New York Post he even went so far as to claim his, "injuries are worse than Rihanna's—and Chris Brown was charged with two felonies."
