10 Times Kristen Stewart Definitely Would Need to Share Personal Details with the Public

The actress came out -- sort of -- on Tuesday, and that's enough. Or is it?

Yesterday, Kristen Stewart came out as, well, not really coming out. In response to a question from a Nylon interview about her sexuality, her answer was, "Google me, I'm not hiding." She also talked a little more in detail about being an actress vs. being a celebrity, as well as her hope that one day sexuality won't be a hot topic, (you can read the details here). Yes, her response was pretty vague, but while we're all for people publicly coming out loud n' proud there's certainly a level of personal privacy that needs to be honored and understood. Some public figures decide that it's important for them to make a statement, like Ellen Page, and that's wonderful! That extra representation can really be effective in the public eye. Still, some don't and that's fine too. Clearly K-Stew doesn't want her life to be placed under a microscope and, while you could argue that by choosing to be an actor you're choosing the microscope, we'd also like to argue that privacy should usually always be respected when requested. But hey, we get there are exceptions to every rule, and so we've compiled a list of circumstances under which Kristen Stewart really should just bite the bullet and share some personal details with the public. There are more opportunities than you might realize...

10. If Kristen decided she wanted to. Then by all means, go ahead!

9. If Kristen were promoting a biopic, then she'd probably need to share some personal details. That's a great exception.

8. If Kristen were under a magic spell that could only be broken by sharing personal details with the public, then that would be a good time to do so.

7. If Kristen made a playful bet with a friend where, if she lost she'd promised she'd share some personal details with the public, then she should probably hold up her end of the bargain. However, we're sure her friend would understand if she decided to go back on that as well.

6. If she ever got in trouble with the law and some of her trial were public, then we'd probably hear some personal details.

5. If she, for SOME reason, went on that now-cancelled game show Moment of Truth where people were hooked up to lie detector tests, then something might be revealed. She wouldn't necessarily need to tell the truth, but if she lied we'd all be able to tell and, in a way, that's kind of like telling the truth.

4. If someone was like,  "Talk about your personal life or make a 6th Twilight movie," it's pretty safe to assume what Kristen would choose at this point.

3. If Kristen were running for President, she may want to go ahead and be a little more chatty about her personal life. People would appreciate openness and honesty in a high-level government position like that.

2. If a prophecy declared that Kristen Stewart needed to label her sexuality in order to save the universe, then maybe we'd be like, "Okay girl, it's time."

1. Never. Kristen Stewart probably never needs to share personal details with the public.

And there you go! We're pretty sure that prophecy one might be legit, though. The world might depend on it.
