Lady Camden is surrendering… to her musical talents!

On Tuesday, October 4, Camden released her first-ever single and music video, “Surrender,” featuring Drag Race season 11 winner and All Stars 7 star Yvie Oddly.

The season 14 runner-up first appears in the music video dressed as a ballerina. As brought up on RuPaul’s Drag Race, Camden was a trained ballet dancer before becoming a drag performer. In this music video – which is absolutely dazzling and gorgeous – Camden goes full out showing off her dancing skills. As expected, Oddly delivers a sick verse for the song and appears in the music video as her true oddball self.

You can watch the “Surrender” music video below.

Lest you forgot, Camden won the Rusical and the Rumix challenges on Drag Race season 14. For the Rusical, Camden lost the “audition fight” to play the character of Saltine but still dazzled the judges playing Mama Z. She then won the Rumix challenge for her verse and performance of RuPaul’s “Catwalk.”

Though it wasn’t clear that Camden would launch a singing career after Drag Race, she has a beautiful voice, a professional background in ballet, and a sharp mind for catchy lyrics. It is very exciting that she’s now kickstarting a music career and chose to collaborate with a legendary queen like Oddly on this first single.

You win, Camden – we surrender to “Surrender”!
