Shot of The Day: Katy Perry Stumps for Obama in Skin-tight Slip

Katy Perry held her second free concert in a week ahead of President Barack Obama's campaign appearance in Las Vegas, Nevada earlier this week, wearing her heart — or at least her vote — on her sleeve in a skin-tight vinyl dress made to look like a ballot. Naturally, Perry cast her ballot for the President, with a box on her hip filled in next to Barack Obama and Joe Biden's names. Perry encouraged young people in the audience of 10,000 to take advantage of early voting, saying "Don't wait. Go tomorrow. How many of you here are 18? This will be your first time, right?"

We may not always agree with Perry (and her arguable exploitation of the LGBT community for publicity's sake), but on this front, the starlet is right on point. Get out there and vote, ladies, like your rights depend on it. Not sure if your state has early voting? Click here to find out.
