Freeheld is coming for all our emotions and all the Oscars.

After months and months of waiting, Freeheld has finally released its first trailer exclusively through Buzzfeed. Now, we've been following Freeheld  - the true story lesbian police officer Laurel Hester (Julianne Moore) who, after a cancer diagnosis, fights the government for equal rights so her pension benefits can go to her partner (Ellen Page)  for a while, so our expectations are pretty high. But really, how could we be disappointed in a film telling a powerful true story and starring two of our favorite actresses ever? Luckily, now that we've seen the trailer, we're happy to report every moment looks flawlessly heartbreaking. First check out the trailer:

And now, let's all bond over just how emotional we got in the last two minutes:

1. When we got our first glimpse of Julianne and Ellen together onscreen as Laurel and Stacie and had to actually process that this movie is real and happening.

2. When we got emotional in a good way because of how happy we were for Laurel and Stacie's marriage.

3. When suddenly things got incredibly heavy and we realized just how emotionally difficult this film will be to get through.

4. Literally anytime anyone cried.

5. But then also when we got super inspired by the amount of supporers Laurel's fight for equality was getting.

6. And of course, the amount of times Ellen and Julianne made the perfect couple on screen. We are completely in love with Freeheld.
