In the opening clip for a recent episode of her late-night talk show Chelsea Lately, Chelsea Handler stripped naked and found herself on the receiving end of a serious verbal smack-down with a nude Sandra Bullock.

The Oscar-winning Blind Side actress blindsided Handler while bathing in her new studio's spacious showers. Berating the late-night talk-show host for failing to meet her obligations as the only woman on late-night TV, a perfectly deadpan Bullock tells Handler, "You have a responsibility to be a role model — a role model to young girls and gay and questioning youth. And you need to lay off the booze!"

Handler, looking shocked and wounded, tries in vain to counter Bullock's critiques. 

"Stop sleeping with your guests," Bullock demands, a reference to Handler's recent relationship with rapper 50 Cent. "It's beneath you. That is why I have not done your show. I do not want to sleep with you."
