Miss USA pageant first runner-up, Miss California Carrie Prejean, defended her answer about marriage being between a man and a woman, and also said she prays for Perez Hilton, the Miss USA judge who posed the question to her at Sunday's pageant.

Tamron Hall played video of Perez standing by his statements that Prejean is "a bitch" and "the c word."
Hall questioned Miss California as to her thoughts about the attacks from Perez. Prejean's said "I can only say to him that I will be praying for him. I feel sorry for him, I really do, I think he's angry, I think he's hurt. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion. He asked me specifically what my opinion was on that subject and I gave him an honest answer."
Aside from the uproar in the community of supporters of same-sex marriage, she also claims she has gotten a lot of support since the Miss USA pageant, and almost no hate, both of which have been a surprise to her.
