Netflix Claps Back at Homophobic Trolls Heckling Elite's Gay Romance
Making America gay again, one love story at a time!
This past weekend, Netflix posted a screenshot of a gay couple from its murderous new teen drama, Elite. "The only thing I want is to be with you," said the caption.
Of course, the homophobic trolls can't just let us have nice things and began to post some particularly nasty comments.
"wtf Netflix and their stupid liberal agenda," wrote one commenter. "All gays are going to hell yall push this s**t to corrupt the world gays are nasty & all of them going to hell," said another. When one guy commented, "Get the fuck off my Instagram. Not ever[y] person on the planet is gay. You are trying way too hard," Netflix decided to clap back.
"Sorry couldn't read your comment while surrounded by all these beautiful rainbows," Netflix wrote.
While Netflix didn't respond to every heckler in the comments, just hours later they posted another screenshot of the queer romance from another show, Atypical.
